values its customers by creating mixed loads exactly to your specifications.
Need solid lineal and finger joint of the same pattern? No problem.
Need MDF boards with exterior door frames? No problem. Just give
us your specifications and your order will arrive just the way you
want it.
MOULDINGS
No one offers a selection of mouldings like Setzer Forest Products.
In addition to our signature solid lineal pine mouldings, we produce
mouldings in finger joint pine (raw or primed) and MDF (either
raw or primed). Mouldings can be made to any specifications you
choose.Your moulding order will be tagged, unitized, steel-strapped
and bagged.
"ULTRA
SELECT" ® LITE MDF
Setzer Forest Products manufactures MDF mouldings and boards to
the same exacting standards as our solid lineal and finger jointed
products. Milled to your specifications and delivered either raw
or primed from the best quality MDF boards available. We chose
to use the environmentally responsible water based primers and
have worked to make sure there are no better primers in the market.
JAMBS AND FRAMES
Setzer Forest Products makes solid and finger-jointed, cut-to-length
door jambs and frames. A complete interior door jamb or exterior
door frame - primed, machined, weatherstripped, and ready for
assembly. Your stock from Setzer will arrive clean and ready for
immediate use or storage in stretch-wrapped and labled units.
Our door frames are approved for Stanley Door Systems, and certified
for 20 minute fire-rated exterior frames. Our frames are tested
and certified for Florida wind and positive pressure with a 5
Year Limited Warranty available.
VENEERED PRODUCTS
Our wide range of veneer and veneered products includes a complete
line of interior jambs from 4-9/16" to 7-1/2". Exterior
frames are also available in the same range of sizes. Laminated
blanks and door stiles (with or without clear-edge strips) are
made to order. Veneered products cost less than solid products,
offer better stability and consistent grades. Cut and graded to
your specifications, our veneered products are steel banded with
easily read I.D. tags and ready for your inventory.
